For all bookings, please contact us via our phone number (03) 9561 6188. Due to the increased amount of no shows for appointments, we will now need to capture payment details at the time of booking, in the case where:


  • You have not given notice for the cancellation of appointment 1 hour prior to the specified time.
  • We've called you 15 minutes before the appointment and you only advise us about the cancellation at that point.


A 15% fee of the booked treatment will be incurred should the above conditions arises.


We have been experiencing high volumes of inquires which have been difficult to manage with staff shortages but we want to ensure that all requests are answered and we thank you for your patience whilst we work through this together.


Please note: If you have made a booking with us, we will always endeavour to contact you 15 minutes prior to the appointment to make preparations for your arrival in line with COVID regulations. In the event that you are unable to make the appointment, please let us know at least 1 hour before hand so that we may manage other customer bookings and/or walk-ins. 


This allows others the opportunity for an appointment as like most businesses, we have felt the impacts of COVID and have been experiencing a shortage of staff and seen major increases to daily operations. We thank you for your patience and understanding!


Please be advised that we require at least 2 days for the processing of gift vouchers purchased through our website which utilises the Square platform. If you have purchased a gift voucher, we will not be able to exchange it for services on the same day as the funds have not cleared to us which renders services provided to not have been paid for at the time of completion. 


We would like to apologise for any inconveniences caused due to this but it is a necessary change to make as we have been receiving an increased amount of cases where customers have gone to their banks to dispute these pending transactions after services have been provided. 


Whilst we maintain and and update our website with all changes, there are forums and third party websites that promote or provide our information, including pricing and treatments which may not reflect our most current services and costs. Please always refer to our official website and our Google business posts for current and up to date services and costs.
